I started my journey as an RGN, a Registered General Nurse (staff nurse). From there I lived and worked abroad in the middle east for nearly 10 years as a dental nurse and then nanny. Deciding to moving back to the UK

With over 25 years of experience in Psychotherapy/ Counselling; lecturing in Psychology and Counselling, as well as Private practice within the East Midlands.  I have worked with many different people with many different issues from the ages of 7yr - 90yr treating different issues from Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Relationship issues, Grief, Rape, Sexual abuse, Domestic violence etc.
